Welcome to the Mike Tice Foundation website. By accessing our website, purchasing event packages, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mike Tice Foundation website (hosted on Wix) and any transactions made through our site. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase event packages.

Purchases, Payments, and Donations

All purchases for event registrations, VIP tables, sponsorships, and direct donations are facilitated through our e-commerce platform, Wix, and processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Square.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, a portion of your purchase may be tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for your records following your transaction. Please consult a tax professional regarding specific deductions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because the Mike Tice Foundation Celebrity Golf Event is a limited-capacity charity fundraiser with proceeds directly benefiting local youth programs, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Event Cancellation: In the rare event that the tournament or dinner must be canceled or rescheduled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Foundation will communicate next steps directly to purchasers.
Transfers and Substitutions: While purchases are non-refundable, they are transferable. If a registered guest or player cannot attend, you may substitute another individual in their place at no additional charge. Please contact us prior to the event to update your guest list.

Event Conduct and Venue Rules

By attending the Sunday VIP Dinner at Clearwater Casino Resort or the Monday Celebrity Scramble at White Horse Golf Club, attendees agree to abide by all rules, dress codes, and policies of the respective venues. The Mike Tice Foundation reserves the right to remove any attendee from the premises who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

Media Release

By attending our events, you grant the Mike Tice Foundation the right to capture and use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videotapes, or digital media. These materials may be used for future marketing, promotional purposes, and foundation storytelling across our website and social media channels without compensation.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in the celebrity golf tournament and associated events, you acknowledge that participation involves certain inherent risks (including, but not limited to, sports-related injuries or property damage). You agree to assume all such risks and release, discharge, and hold harmless the Mike Tice Foundation, its board members, volunteers, celebrity guests, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in the event.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of the Mike Tice Foundation or our respective partners and sponsors, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
